1 Product Overview

SP-XJ1 low-voltage enclosed metering box is applicable to single-phase two-wire, threephase four-wire and three-phase five-wire systems of 50Hz, 500V and below or with load current not more than 200A. It meters and controls the power consumption system. The box is reasonable in design, small in volume and attractive in appearance.

4 Environmental Conditions for Use

3.1 The altitude shall not exceed 2,000m.

3.2 The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40°C and not lower than – 25°C.

3.3 The monthly average relative air humidity at +20°C shall not be greater than 90%.

3.4 The product shall be installed in a place without severe vibration and shock.

3.5 The product shall be installed in a place without explosion hazard. There is no gas and conductive dust in the medium that can corrode metal and damage insulation

Structural characteristics of SPXJ1 (K1 series)

The enclosure of SP-XJ1 (K1 series) low-voltage enclosed metering box is made of 1.2mm and above high-quality steel plate or stainless steel plate, and the surface is made of epoxy resin powder coating with attractive color. After electrostatic spraying, the appearance is attractive and generous.

It is characterized by reliable insulation performance, high strength, good fire resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, novel appearance, smooth and attractive surface. This product uses strict rain-proof design, which is applicable to the outdoor installation.

The enclosure of SP-XJ1 (K3 series) low-voltage enclosed metering box is made of new environment-friendly plastic PC. It is characterized by reliable insulation, high strength, good transparency, ageing resistance, acid rain resistance, salt fog resistance, high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, impact resistance, novel appearance, smooth and attractive surface. This product uses strict rain-proof design, which is applicable to the outdoor installation. It also has good ventilation, heat dissipation and other functions, and the normal service life is 20 years. The electric meter box is attractive in appearance, well proportioned, smooth in line, compact in structure and reasonable in layout.

Structural characteristics of SP-XJ1 (K3 series)

The box cover is interlocked with the box through the hook and the special screw with the padlock, and can only be opened by the electric control personnel with the special screw wrench and key.

K3 series meter box consists of single-phase and three-phase parts, which is applicable to the power supply system with AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated voltage of 220V, 380V, 690V and rated operating current of 10-200A.
