GGD type AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet switchgear is suitable for power users such as power plants,
substations, industrial and mining enterprises as power, lighting and power distribution equipment in power
distribution systems with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, and rated current up to 31 50A For the conversion,
distribution and control of electrical energy. The product has high breaking capacity, rated short-time withstand
current up to 50KA. The line scheme is flexible, easy to combine, strong practicability, novel structure, etc. This
product is one of the representative products of my country’s assembled and fixed panel switchgear. This product
complies with GB7251.12 “Low-Voltage Switchgear and Control Equipment”, IEC60439 “Low-Voltage Switchgear
and Control Equipment” and other standards.

Normal use environmental conditions

1. Ambient temperature: -5°C~+40°C; the average temperature within 24h is not higher than +35°C;
2. Altitude: no more than 2000m;
3. Relative humidity: no more than 50% when the highest temperature is +40C, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature;
(For example, 90% at +20°C) It should be taken into account that the influence of condensation may occasionally occur due to temperature changes;
4. When the equipment is installed, the inclination of the vertical plane does not exceed 5 degrees;
5. The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, and in a place where the electrical components are not corroded

The design of the auxiliary circuit is divided into two parts: the power supply plan and the power plant plan.

combined bus clamp and insulating support. The busbar clamp is made of high-strength, high-flame retardant type
PPO composite material is thermoformed, with high insulation strength, good self-extinguishing performance, and unique structure. It can
be easily combined into a single busbar or double busbar clamp by adjusting the building block. The insulating support is a simple molded
structure with low cost and high strength, which solves the defect of insufficient creepage distance of old products.

Structural features

1. The cabinet of the GGD AC low-voltage power distribution switchgear is in the form of a general cabinet. The frame is partially welded with 8MF cold-formed steel. 2. The GGD cabinet is designed with full consideration of the heat dissipation problem during the operation of the cabinet. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots on the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot, while the cold air is constantly replenished into the cabinet from the lower slot, so that the sealed cabinet is automatically A natural ventilation duct is formed from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
3. According to the requirements of modern industrial product design, the GGD cabinet adopts the golden ratio method to design the appearance of the cabinet and the division size of each part, so that the whole cabinet is beautiful and generous.
4. The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a hinge type movable hinge, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. The folding edge of the door is embedded with a fixed compression stroke, which can prevent the door from directly colliding with the cabinet body, and also improve the protection level of the door.
5. The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire. The installation parts in the cabinet and the frame are connected with knurled washers, and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection system.
6. The surface of the cabinet is treated with high-voltage electrostatic spray powder process. It has strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is in matte tones, avoiding the glare effect and creating a more comfortable visual environment for the staff on duty.
7. The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.
8. The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and users can also choose between IP20~IP40 according to the requirements of the use environment.
