SP-JP intelligent low-voltage integrated distribution box is a new generation of intelligent low-voltage integrated distribution box developed and produced by our Company in accordance with the latest standards of State Grid Corporation of China. It has two or more functions of metering, measurement, control, protection, power distribution, reactive power compensation, harmonic control, and three-phase imbalance adjustment. The product has the advantages of rain proof, dust-proof, anti-theft, anti-leakage, anti-lightning, antielectromagnetic interference, novel and reasonable structure, high protection degree, convenient installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair, etc. It is an intelligent product integrating data collection, communication, reactive power compensation, power grid parameter analysis, control and other functions required by the smart grid. The product can be connected to the grid control center of the courts through GPRS or optical fiber. The control center can query and set various parameters in real time, remotely control the input and removal of capacitors and the opening and closing of feeder switches, in order to easily realize the collection and monitoring of electric energy information and the control and management of power grid load. The product is mainly applicable to the power grid with rated voltage of 400V and below and AC frequency of 50Hz. It is installed in the low-voltage end of transformer with outdoor capacity of 500KVA and below, or urban power grid, rural power grid, industrial and mining enterprises, street lighting, residence community and other courts.

3 Product Application
SP-JP intelligent low-voltage integrated distribution box is a distribution transformer integrated distribution cabinet integrating power distribution, metering, protection (overload, short circuit, leakage, overvoltage, undervoltage and phase shortage, etc.), automatic reclosing, lightning protection and reactive power compensation of capacitor. It is mainly designed to meet the requirements of standard, minimum and outdoor rural low-voltage distribution device, and is widely used in the power distribution system with AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 0.4kV, such as rural power grid reconstruction, urban power grid, industrial and mining enterprises, street lighting, and residence community, etc.
SP-JP intelligent low-voltage integrated distribution box has the advantages of strong integrity, small size, attractive appearance, safe and reliable operation, easy maintenance, large selectivity, and short construction period, etc.
4 Technical Characteristics and Advantages
4.1 It has the new structure and process, which can enhance the protection degree of the enclosure, improve the safety of outdoor use, and meet the requirements of IP44 in GB/T4208. 4.2 Lighting device shall be set in the box, which has the function of lighting when opening the door, and uploading the opening action to the terminal for status record. 4.3 The low-voltage intelligent monitoring system can collect the voltage, current and temperature of the low-voltage cable, collect the remote signal of the acquisition line, determine the logic of the fault, and deliver the remote measurement and remote signaling information. The parameter shall be set according to the constant value, and the cause of the fault can be determined after the logic calculation of the fault through the remote measurement. In addition, the overvoltage, low voltage, overcurrent, voltage loss and other fault information can be reported to the master station. 4.4 The emergency power supply (generator, power supply vehicle) can be connected to the emergency power supply interface when the transformer and high-voltage side are overhauled or in fault, so as to ensure the emergency use of the power supply of the users in the courts, reduce the loss caused by power failure, and ensure the safe use of important loads. 4.5 The automatic adjustment of three-phase imbalance can reduce the harm of the transformer, and the influence on the electric equipment and line loss.
5 Operating and Environment Conditions
5.1 Unless otherwise specified, the device shall be able to operate normally under the following conditions: 5.1.1 The place of use shall not exceed 2,000m above sea level. If the equipment is installed above 2,000m, the capacity of the equipment shall be reduced accordingly. 5.1.2 Outdoors without dust and corrosive gas. It shall be used in the environment with the pollution degree of 3; 5.1.3 Ambient air temperature: -25°C~+40°C. The average temperature within 24h shall not exceed +35°C. Otherwise, the capacity of the equipment shall be reduced according to the actual situation; 5.1.4 Relative humidity: the relative ambient air humidity shall not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40°C, and the high relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature (90% at +20°C). However, the change of temperature occasionally caused by the condensation shall be considered; 5.1.5 When the product is installed, the gradient with the vertical plane shall not exceed 5°; 5.2 When the use conditions do not conform to the contents specified in 5.1, it shall be treated as “special conditions”. When ordering, the user shall notify the manufacturer of requirements and negotiate for solution.

7 Structural Characteristics
7.1 The integrated insulated busbar system is adopted in the cabinet, which not only ensures safe operation, but also effectively reduces the temperature rise of the busbar and improves the operational stability of the product.
7.2 The integrated distribution box shall be equipped with intelligent power distribution terminal, reactive power compensation integrated controller, measuring current transformer, metering current transformer, isolating fuse switch, high-breaking auto reclosing leakage integrated protection circuit breaker, intelligent capacitor, lightning protection and other electrical components according to different transformer capacity. Through the communication interface, the functional data are collected to the intelligent power distribution terminal, which transmits the collected data to the background through GPRS or optical fiber.
7.3 According to the transformer capacity, the reactive power compensation adopts small capacity capacitors to realize fine compensation and prevent over compensation. The reactive power compensation unit is equipped with overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase shortage, switching oscillation locking and other protections.
7.4 The main framework of the product is made of 2mm or above anti-glare frosted stainless steel plate by bending. The frame uses partial welded structure or patented stainless steel double-layer heat insulation structure, and the main framework is equipped with module hole column, which is convenient for installation and combination; the door cabinet is provided with a flanging waterproof diversion trench, of which the upper part is provided with a waterproof top cover; two sides of the box are provided with louver ventilation and heat dissipation holes; the lower eaves of the top cover and the bottom of the box are provided with bridge-type ventilation and heat dissipation holes. The unique structural design of the product not only improves the overall strength, but also improves its protective performance.
7.5 The integrated distribution box is divided into: metering unit, incoming line unit, feeder unit, reactive power compensation unit, intelligent control unit, and auxiliary function unit. Function rooms are separated by high-quality galvanized steel plate.
7.6 The door panel uses the unique double folding process of our Company, which not only looks beautiful but also greatly improves its strength. The inner side of the door uses the imported PU environment-friendly foam sealing strip to seamlessly connect to the waterproof tank of the box, which greatly improves the product protection degree (reach IP54).
7.7 Convenient and flexible incoming and outgoing line mode is adopted. The incoming line of distribution box uses the side incoming line of the box, and the outgoing line uses the side and bottom outgoing line of the box. The side incoming and outgoing lines are equipped with special stainless steel waterproof elbow and fixed line bracket, and the elbow is equipped with rubber ring to prevent cable cutting
