YB series prefabricated substations are suitable for 7.2kV and 12kV ring network power supply, dual power supply or terminal power supply systems, as high-voltage power distribution metering, compensation control and protection devices. In addition to the transformers in the prefabricated substation, the high-voltage side is also equipped with a four-position load switch, a two-position load switch, a backup protection fuse and a plug-in fuse, and the low-voltage side is equipped with controllers, power distribution appliances, and Compensation device and electric energy meter, etc. YB series prefabricated substations can be used indoors and outdoors, and are widely used in various places such as industrial parks, residential quarters, commercial centers and high-rise buildings
Structural features
The box structure of this series of products is divided into front and rear parts. The front is the high and low pressure operation interval. The high-pressure compartment includes high-voltage terminals, load switches, no-load tapchangers, plug-in fuses, pressure release valves, oil temperature gauges, oil level gauges, and oil drain valves. Lowvoltage terminals are included in the low-voltage compartment. The rear part is the fuel tank body and the heat sink, the transformer winding and iron core, the high voltage load switch and the protective fuse are all in the fuel storage tank.
Normal use environmental conditions
1. Altitude: 1000m and below; 2.Wind pressure: not more than 70Pa (equivalent to 35m/s);. 3. Humidity: the daily average value is not more than 90%, and the monthly average value is not more than 90%; 4. Ambient temperature: highest temperature +40°C, lowest temperature -25°C; 5. Anti-vibration level: horizontal acceleration 0.4/S2; vertical acceleration 0.15m/S2; 6. Earthquake intensity: 8 degrees; 7. Installation environment: The surrounding air is not significantly polluted by corrosive, flammable gas and water vapor,and there is no severe vibration at the installation site.
Performance characteristics
1. Small size and compact structure, only about 1/3 of the domestic box change with the same capacity; 2. Fully sealed and fully insulated, no insulation distance is required, and personal safety can be reliably guaranteed; 3. It can be used for both ring network and terminal, the conversion is very convenient, and the reliability of power supply is improved; 4. The cable connector can operate 200A load current, and can be operated as a load switch in an emergency, and has the characteristics of an isolating switch; 6.
