Wenzhou Manufacturing Team: Connecting Through Nature
The Wenzhou manufacturing team gathered at Baizhangji Waterfall, a prominent natural landmark in southern Zhejiang. In a relaxed outdoor setting, team members engaged in open communication, strengthened working relationships, and reinforced a shared sense of responsibility and teamwork.
Management Team: Alignment Through Shared Challenges
Saipwell’s management team took part in an outdoor team-building program in Taishun, integrating collaborative challenges with a local cultural experience centered on traditional covered bridges. The activities encouraged open dialogue, improved coordination, and strengthened alignment on common goals, supporting more effective leadership collaboration.
Shanghai Team: Cultural Discovery and Team Engagement
The Shanghai team explored the historic water towns of Suzhou and the Lingyan Mountain scenic area. By combining cultural exploration with hiking activities, the team fostered closer interaction, built trust, and enhanced cooperation in an informal and engaging environment.
Guangzhou Team: Outdoor Activities That Strengthen Teamwork
The Guangzhou team organized a hiking and orienteering activity at Guali Lake Park in Zengcheng. Through outdoor challenges and teamwork-oriented tasks, participants stepped away from daily routines, improved communication, and reinforced coordination within the team.
