Saipwell has established several modern production bases across China, forming a highly efficient and collaborative manufacturing network covering sheet metal processing, injection molding, assembly, and customized production. With continuous investment in smart equipment and flexible lines, Saipwell enhances its global manufacturing and supply capabilities.

Wenzhou Base

Covering 20,000 m², the Wenzhou base features FMS flexible sheet metal production lines and automated bending and welding systems, serving as Saipwell’s core intelligent manufacturing hub.

Lishui Base

Spanning 6,000 m², the Lishui base focuses on precision injection molding and assembly, supporting fast mold development and small-batch production.

Yantai Base

Covering 5,000 m², the Yantai base specializes in customized enclosure manufacturing and regional logistics, enhancing supply efficiency for northern markets.

New Wenzhou Facility (Under Construction)

The new 30,000 m² smart manufacturing facility under construction in Wenzhou will feature advanced automation and digital management systems, further strengthening Saipwell’s integrated R&D and production capability.

Production Equipment

Flexible Sheet Metal Production Line (FMS)

Saipwell’s production base is equipped with a flexible sheet metal production line (FMS) and fully automated production technology, offering advantages such as high flexibility, precision, and efficiency. The use of robotic welding, automatic bending, laser cutting, and CNC punching enables unmanned continuous production, enhancing production efficiency and product quality. Equipped with an MES system, production data is monitored in real-time to optimize management, reduce costs, conserve energy, and improve material utilization, ensuring the products have a competitive edge in the industry.

Laser Cutting Machine

The laser cutting unit uses an IPG fiber laser, Siemens CNC system, and Precitec cutting head, all core components from world-leading brands, ensuring high precision and efficiency in sheet metal processing.

CNC Turret Punch Press

The automatic punching and shearing machine integrates punching, shearing, and forming into one unit, reducing the steps between processes. It also features a partitioned stacking function for component classification and storage, improving the automation of material flow.

Robot Bending

The robot bending unit uses KUKA robots, a global leader in robotics, known for their high precision, efficiency, and flexibility. The robots can automatically load and unload materials, accurately position, and perform continuous bending, reducing human intervention and greatly enhancing production consistency and safety.

Saipwell’s Smart Sheet Metal Workshop covers around 30,000 m², equipped with an FMS flexible sheet metal production line featuring automated laser cutting, CNC bending, stamping, and welding systems for fully integrated production.

With MES management and intelligent inspection systems, Saipwell achieves complete digital traceability and quality control.

The workshop combines efficiency, precision, and flexibility, powering the production of high-quality metal enclosures, cabinets, and customized electrical solutions.

Saipwell Injection Workshop VR

Precision Molding · Shaping the Future

Step into Saipwell’s Injection Workshop VR and experience the harmony of precision and efficiency in smart production.

 

Saipwell’s Injection Mold Workshop covers about 600 m², equipped with five fully automated injection molding machines (128T–530T) for mold development, testing, and small-batch production.

Integrated with CNC machining centers, EDM, wire-cutting, and robotic automation, it ensures high precision and efficiency, showcasing Saipwell’s advanced manufacturing capability in plastic waterproof boxes and modular enclosures.
