How to test the waterproof and dustproof performance of industrial weatherproof box

Waterproof test:

 – Water spray test: Place the rainproof box in a fixed position, then spray water onto the box from a specific angle (for example, 45 degrees), and observe for a period of time to see if water droplets penetrate.

    – Water immersion test: Completely immerse the industrial rainproof box in water and observe for a period of time to see if any water has penetrated. This test simulates rain or an accidental splash of liquid.

Dustproof test:

 – Dust test: In a closed environment, spray dust around the weatherproof box, and then observe for a period of time to see if any dust enters the inside of the box. This test can simulate a sandstorm or construction site environment.

    – Particle test: Use particles of different sizes (such as sand, pebbles, etc.) to test to see if these particles can enter the interior through the gaps in the box.
